DOMESTIC SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA)

We aim to ship out all items between 1 - 3 days of receiving the order. Standard postage across Australia varies and can take up to 2 days in the Sydney metro and up to 7 days if being delivered to WA. Please use the Australia Post Delivery Times page to get an ETA for your package. (All packages are being sent from Sydney)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international shipping delivery times will vary quite substantially based on the destination. Delivery may take anywhere from 7 - 21 days. You will be provided with a tracking number so you can follow your product’s journey to you.

Returns

Once you’ve received your item, if you change your mind or aren’t completely happy we are happy to refund the item for you within the first 14 days. Refunds are granted once the item has arrived at our office for inspection. Evason reserves the right to reject any refund if the item has been damage or is not fit for resale upon return. If Evason rejects a return request, the customer will be required to pay postage for the item's return.
